Two years later, even before starting the fully integrated activity, the two counter parts are already accusing one another to take one-way decisions not respecting the governance.

It seems that Mister Del Vecchio underestimated the French general attitude and the way of driving companies.

Isnt’it unbelievable to see a jewel like Luxottica into such a messy situation?

Or maybe did Del Vecchio take seriously the French motto “aprés moi le déluge”?
