I see today many posts coming from you about #internationalwomenday and I am truly happy that, in spirit, you support women in the industry.

 

Therefore, it’s time to walk the talk!

– more women in key positions at the top of the organizations

– more women in the Board of Directors

– more women in the creative positions

– more opportunities for women to grow into the organizations

– more training, education, support for the junior employees

– more authentic empowerment

– severe sanctions for men bullying or harassing women on the workplace

– same salary treatment and transparency between men and women

That’s the only way to create an environment empowering Talents. Instead of “black ties”.
